For hygiene and health safety reasons, all earrings and ear studs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the jewelry is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note that items returned without their original box or packaging cannot be accepted for hygiene and quality reasons.
